Creature Feature

This October, Club 616 became something else entirely. Creature Feature is our Halloween pop-up, and the bar has been transformed into a haunted 1930s cinema lobby, the kind where the velvet is a little worn, the lighting is a little low, and something feels just slightly off about the man behind the concession stand. A specialty cocktail menu sets the tone for the season, and every drink feels like it belongs on the marquee.

The Creature Feature menu wasn't built around a single theme so much as a feeling. We wanted every drink to live inside that world, the kind of world where the double feature runs until midnight, the organ music swells a little too long, and the creatures on the screen start to feel uncomfortably familiar. Each cocktail pays homage to the monster films that defined an era, the ones that packed theaters and made audiences grip their armrests and come back the following weekend for more.

Some of these cocktails are bright and disarming. Others are darker, stranger, the kind that sneak up on you. All of them belong on this marquee. Each week we spotlight one of the featured drinks with a limited edition postcard drop, something to take home from the show.
