On April 21st, Club 616 partners with Diplomático Rum for an evening that blends tropical vibes with serious craft. The night opens at 6PM with a special tiki drink menu inside the bar, featuring five cocktails built around Diplomático's celebrated expressions.
Then, from 7–9PM, step out to our back patio for an intimate guided rum tasting. For $50 per person, you'll explore four distinct expressions: the Planas, Mantuano, Reserva Exclusiva, and Selección de Familia, while enjoying a hand-rolled cigar and a complimentary Glencairn glass to keep.
