Best Old Fashioned in Orange County! The Old Fashioned is a simple cocktail, with several nuances. I order an Old Fashioned at every bar I go to-first drink. You would think most craft cocktail places would do a great job in this, However, there are only 3 bars in Orange County that make a great Old Fashioned. I go to a lot of bars LOL! We do a lot of "research". My body is basically a laboratory for experimentation. Any, back to the review-I need a drink. Club 616 makes the best Old Fashioned out of all of the bars I've been to. They are consistent and take their time. Club 616 bartenders do not rush when making any cocktail. It's the best bar in Orange County! Love the staff.

Best cocktail I've ever had!
Old Fashioned
Perfectly balanced---smooth bourbon, just the right touch of sweetness, and a hint of orange zest that pulls it all together. You can tell they don't rush it; it's crafted with care. Served over a big ice cube in a proper glass, it's everything an Old Fashioned should be: strong, simple, and absolutely satisfying. Definitely coming back for another round!

I love this place! It was the first time for myself (an HB local) and a friend for an after-dinner drink on a Thursday night when trivia was in full swing; we'll definitely hit the food menu next time when I bring my friends. This could be my new favorite place!

Delicious Ol fashion, Loved the square ice cube, and very delicious. Presentation was on cue.

We had a wonderful time here seeing all the diverse people with great energy. We enjoyed several drinks and also some tacos. Our waitress was delightful
