Cocktail Competition

Eight bartenders. Three rounds. One winner.
Join us for the 616 Saloon Showdown, a live cocktail competition presented with Old Forester.
Eight bartenders will take over Club 616 for a night of creativity, surprise challenges, prizes and some very serious bragging rights.
Come watch the competition unfold, cheer on your favorite bartender and see who rides off as the next Club 616 Cocktail Champion.
WANT TO COMPETE?
Bartenders are invited to submit an original cocktail featuring Old Forester Bourbon or Rye. Entries will be reviewed, and eight bartenders will be selected to compete live at Club 616.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Create an original cocktail using 1.5 oz Old Forester Bourbon or Rye
- Post a photo of your cocktail with description on Instagram
- Tag @club616
- Complete the official entry form below
- Submit your entry by September 25
Submitting an entry does not guarantee a place in the live competition. Selected bartenders will be notified shortly after the submission deadline.
NEED PRODUCT FOR R&D?
Samples of Old Forester Bourbon and Rye will be available for pickup at Club 616 for bartenders who would like to test and develop their recipes at home before submitting.
THE LIVE COMPETITION
The eight selected bartenders will compete through three rounds.
Round One will feature each bartender's submitted cocktail.
Rounds Two and Three will each feature a surprise theme or assignment revealed during the event.
Competitors will work with:
- Old Forester Bourbon
- Old Forester Rye
The details of the final two rounds will stay under wraps until competition night.
After three rounds of competition and judging, one bartender will be named the winner.

Come support the competitors, watch them create cocktails on the spot and cheer on your favorite as they battle for the title, prizes and recognition.
